After Mass this Sunday, we will be holding the Annual Vestry Meeting and the Annual Parochial Church Meetings (APCM). The first is a very short meeting at which we elect the Churchwardens for the coming year, with all those on the Electoral Roll eligible to vote. The second meeting (immediately afterwards) is where we have a review of the past year and the presentation of the accounts for the year ending 31 December. There are a number of short reports from different aspects of the church life, all of which can be found in the document that can be downloaded here:
Do read through these reports as it means we can keep the meeting short without having to recite them. This bundle also starts off with the agendas for these meetings.
There will be a short meeting of the new Parochial Church Council (PCC) immediately after the APCM.
