Palm Sunday Procession and High Mass
Sunday 28th March

The High Altar before Mass. The ministers arrive to the Altar. At Oremus of the first collect, the Subdeacon goes to remove his folded chasuble.
....and Sings the Lesson from Exodus in the appointed lace. The Gospel procession forms. The Gospel of the Blessing,
The Celebrant, having kissed the Book as at Mass is censed.   Preface of the blessing followed by a Sanctus and five prayers.
The branches of palm and olive are lustrated and censed. The ministers receive their palms kneeling, an assistant priest has just presented a palm to the Celebrant. The branches are distributed.

    Two cantors go into the church and shut the doors, from inside they sing "All Glory, Laud and Honour" which is repeated by the faithful outside the doors. At the end of this dialogue, the Subdeacon bangs on the door of the church with the cross...
... and the procession enters the church As Christus, the Celebrant reads the Passion from the Gospel Side while the other ministers wait on the epistle side.
